Editor Motion Control – Single & Dual Axis Linear Slides

Low cost! “Basic Linear Motion Slides” from LM76 are available with self lubricating, MinutemanTM Series, Teflon® composite bearings or exceptionally low friction steel jacketed linear ball bearings. The “Basic Linear Slide” consist of 2 precision drilled end blocks, 2 pieces of hard chrome steel shafting, and a single 2 bearing or double 4 bearing block that is predrilled for easy, “Plug & Play,” integration into new and existing applications.
The precision bored end blocks and bearing block assure the “Basic Linear Slide” shafting will be parallel and the surface of the bearing block will remain parallel to the mounting surface throughout the length of travel. Available with 6mm, 8mm, and 12mm hard chrome steel shafting, the Basic Linear Slide easily handles loads from 10 lbs to 28.5 lbs.
The MinutemanTM Series, Teflon® composite bearings have a low coefficient of friction, dampen vibrations, self lubricating composite bearings can be submerged, washed down with water, high pressure steam, or chemicals, and can operate in harsh abrasive contaminated environments. Steel jacketed extreemly low friction linear ball bearings can also be specified.
In a hurry? “Basic Linear Slides” from LM76 can be shipped the same day! LM76 manufacturers a broad variety of bearings and shafting that can easily be integrated into new and existing applications. The bearing options include: Self-lubricating FDA & USDA compliant Teflon® composite bearings in a 304 stainless steel shell, and lower cost bearings with a ceramic coated shell and FDA & USDA compliant liner. Bearings are available in closed and open configurations, and are drop-in replacements for all inch sized linear ball bearings.
Shafting options include: Solid and hollow class L 304 stainless steel and ceramic coated aluminum shafts in lengths to 12 feet. FDA & USDA compliant, shafting features: Excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, custom machining to print, predrilling and assembly.
